Where it started
We are a local care company, and our story begins with Cath, our founder, back in 2009. A qualified social worker who worked for a charity but wanted to build a company with the ethos – “Should you or your family need care or companionship, we are the company you can rely on.”
Why? Because family-orientated Cath recognised that’s what was important to her had also been important to her clients throughout her 30 plus year career.
How we are different
Our care and companionship services differ from other agencies because we’re focused on providing a regular friendly face to chat, keeping up with hobbies, and even helping with jobs around the house.
We aim to keep you in charge with our transparent service. Using our unique technology, you decide who comes when and even read the carers notes after the visit. Along with the guarantee of seeing who’s coming, you can also view what time they arrived and left. Payment is also in your hands, with you deciding when and how to pay.
We understand your loved one’s safety is paramount. That is why we go to great lengths to ensure their carer is someone the whole family can trust.
